What are these fabulous patches all about?

Oh, let me tell you! Our patches are like the cherry on top of your fashion sundae! From quirky 3D animal designs to classic embroidery, they’re the perfect way to jazz up your wardrobe and show off your unique style. Who knew a patch could be so much fun? (Spoiler alert: we did!)

How do I stick these beauties onto my clothes?

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Most of our patches come with an iron-on backing. Just heat up your iron, place the patch where you want it, cover it with a cloth (to avoid a patch meltdown), and press down for about 30 seconds. Voila! You’re now the proud owner of a fabulously patched outfit!

Can I return my patch if I change my mind?

We totally get it! Sometimes you just need a little patch break. You have 14 days to return your item, but make sure it’s in the same condition as when it strutted its stuff out of our shop. Unworn, unused, and with tags still on – just like a fancy dress at a ball!

What if my patch arrives looking like it had a rough night?

Yikes! If your patch arrives looking like it went to a wild party without you, let us know ASAP! We’ll make it right faster than you can say “patch-tastic!” Just shoot us an email, and we’ll sort it out like pros!

Are there any patches that can’t be returned?

Ah, the fine print! Certain items like custom patches or those on sale are a no-go for returns. Think of them as the exclusive VIP patches – once they’re gone, they’re gone! If you’re unsure, just give us a shout!

How long does shipping take? 

Fear not, dear patch lover! We aim to get your order to you faster than a cheetah on roller skates. Shipping times can vary, but we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info so you can follow your patch’s journey like a proud parent!
